Navigating the complex world of crypto can be challenging due to its technical intricacies. Bello was developed to make onchain data more accessible and useful for everyone. Initially centered on wallet analytics for creators, it has since broadened its scope serving a variety of web3-native stakeholders.

Objectives:

The goal was to gain a solid understanding of key SaaS metrics such as DAU (Daily Active Users), WAU (Weekly Active Users), MAU (Monthly Active Users), and other vital analytics. This understanding was crucial to the success of their upcoming product launch and their long-term strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities:

Educational Training: Provide comprehensive training sessions on Amplitude, focusing on fundamental concepts and metrics relevant to SaaS businesses. Their team was new to Amplitude, so the training had to be tailored for beginners.
Practical Application: Assist in setting up and configuring Amplitude for their specific use case. This includes ensuring that tracking and analytics systems are correctly implemented before their product launch.
Ongoing Support:
Offer guidance and support in the initial stages following the implementation to ensure that the team can effectively utilize Amplitude for their product launch analytics.

To meet the client’s needs, we began by thoroughly analyzing the Bello.lol webapp functionality and devising a detailed Tracking Plan outlining essential User and Event Properties for tracking KPIs. Collaborating closely with developers, we oversaw the seamless implementation of the Tracking Plan into the webapp. Following rigorous event testing to ensure data accuracy, we created intuitive charts and dashboards using Amplitude. These tools provided actionable insights into user behavior, empowering the client to make informed decisions to enhance user experience and drive growth.
