Overview:

Amintiri is more than just a bakery—it’s a brand that celebrates moments, both big and small. Whether it’s a birthday, a farewell, or simply indulging in the joy of a perfectly crafted dessert, Amintiri ensures that every occasion is memorable. Their passion for delivering fine baking experiences is matched by a commitment to customer satisfaction and business growth.

Objectives:

Our objective was to build comprehensive sales and marketing performance dashboards in Looker Studio for Amintiri. The goal was to:

  • Visualize sales trends across different bakery products – understanding which products drive the most revenue and volume.
  • Analyze campaign performance by tracking how different marketing channels contribute to sales.
  • Enable data-driven decision-making to enhance operations, improve ROI, and optimize inventory management based on demand patterns.

By delivering an interactive and insightful dashboard, we empowered Amintiri’s leadership team to make informed business decisions, refine their marketing efforts, and maximize the impact of every celebration they help create.

To deliver a robust analytics framework, we followed a systematic approach:

1. Data Collection & Integration

  • Gathered sales data from various sources, including POS systems and online orders.
  • Connected marketing campaign data from advertising platforms (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and email marketing tools).
  • Consolidated data from different sales channels (in-store vs online) to offer a complete view of business performance.

2. Data Processing & Transformation

  • Used ETL pipelines to extract, clean, and process data before loading it into Looker Studio.
  • Structured data to create insights across:
    ✔️ Sales by Product Category (Cakes, Pastries, Cookies, Custom Orders, etc.)
    ✔️ Sales by Value & Volume (units sold, revenue contribution)
    ✔️ Marketing Channel Performance (conversion rates, customer acquisition cost)
    ✔️ Top-Selling Products & Seasonal Trends

3. Dashboard Development in Looker Studio

  • Designed an interactive and user-friendly dashboard with filters to drill down into individual product performance, seasonal trends, and marketing impact.
