At DataActs, we are committed to providing high-quality service and ensuring customer satisfaction with our DataActs BI App product. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your specific needs. This refund policy is designed to be fair to both our customers and our company.

1. Subscription-Based Service

DataActs BI is a subscription-based service. We offer various plans with different billing cycles (monthly, annually, etc.). Please note that our refund policy may vary depending on the type of subscription you have.

2. Refund Eligibility

2.1 For Monthly Subscriptions:

  • We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new customers.
  • If you’re unsatisfied with our service within the first 14 days of your initial subscription, you may request a full refund.
  • After the initial 14-day period, refunds will not be provided for partial months of service.

2.2 For Annual Subscriptions:

  • We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new customers on annual plans.
  • If you’re unsatisfied with our service within the first 30 days of your initial annual subscription, you may request a full refund.
  • After the initial 30-day period, we may provide a prorated refund for the unused portion of your service, minus a cancellation fee of $50.

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Any custom development or integration work performed specifically for your account.
  • Add-on features or services purchased separately from the main subscription.
  • Fees for data transfer or setup, if applicable.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Contact our customer support team at info[at]dataacts.com.
  2. Provide your account information and the reason for your refund request.
  3. Our team will review your request and respond within 5 business days.

5. Refund Processing

If your refund is approved:

  • The refund will be processed to the original method of payment.
  • It may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider.

6. Cancellation of Service

Upon processing a full refund, your DataActs BI App subscription will be cancelled, and access to the service will be terminated. Any data you have in the system will be handled as per our data retention policy outlined in our Terms of Service.

7. Exceptions

We reserve the right to make exceptions to this policy at our discretion. If we make an exception for you, it does not entitle you to any future exceptions or invalidate this policy in any way.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Refund Policy on this page and updating the “Last Updated” date.
