If any of these conditions are true:

  1. You suspect issues with your analytics tracking or believe it’s not optimally set up.

  2. You’re confident in your current analytics setup, yet desire expert oversight to ensure consistent accuracy and proper data flow to your dashboards over the next months.

  3. You anticipate rapid product development shifts soon and require your analytics to keep pace, necessitating swift creation of new tags or events with feature additions.

  • Minor changes to the existing tags, events, ETL scripts, charts and dashboards. Minor means which does not takes more than 3 hours to complete (within a week period). 
  • Auditing of analytics tracking and attribution. This will include auditing of current setup of tools like GA4, GTM, AppsFlyer, Adjust,, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads Account etc. and making sure everything is setup correctly. 
  • Answering your questions related to data discrepencies within different tools and talking to the support of these tools also to get these answers. 
  • This package does not includes fixing of any issues in your analytics tracking.  We assume that your analytics tracking is setup correctly.
  • This package does not includes any new analytics tracking setup like GTM server side tracking, Facebook CAPI tracking, API integration or ETL pipeline building. 
  • This package does not includes charts and dashboards creation. We assume that you already have charts and dashboards created. We can create few extra charts (3-5) within your existing dashboard but if you want to create more charts or create a complete new dashboard from scratch, that will be charged extra.

In the long run, the continuity of a retainer ensures that your organization remains agile, informed, and ahead of the curve.

3. Can I cancel my retainer subscription at any time?

Yes, you can cancel the retainer at any given time.

4. How often will we meet or communicate?

Under the retainer package, we typically have weekly/bi-weekly catch-ups, but we're also available for any ad-hoc communications or urgent analytics needs.

5. What if my analytics needs increase or decrease over the month?

Our retainer is flexible. We understand that business needs can change, and we'll adjust our services accordingly. Any significant changes can be discussed during our regular catch-ups.

6. How will billing work on the retainer model?

Our billing cycle operates on a monthly basis, starting from the date you sign up. For instance, if you enroll in our services on the 7th of August, your next billing date would be the 7th of September. This ensures a clear, consistent, and straightforward billing process tailored to your specific start date.

8. Will I receive monthly reports on the work done and insights derived?

Absolutely! Transparency is key, and we will provide a detailed monthly report outlining our activities, key findings, and actionable insights.
